An incredibly cold January followed up an even colder December but we are starting to see some warmer temperatures and hopefully a return to normal as we gear up for a busy month with plenty of events scheduled throughout! Here are some of the highlights:

Chilly Willy Winter Run – February 19th, 2022

Join the 7th Annual “CHILLY WILLY” Winter Run on February 19, 2022! With 3k, 5k, 19k, and 21k distances this event is great for any fitness level. This event has something to offer everyone – whether you’re looking forward or behind as we take our first steps into winter running weather with ample supplies available at registration time! If this is your first time taking part don’t forget about those snacks!!

The Offspring Visits Grande Prairie

It’s been a long time since we’ve seen The Offspring, but they’re back with new music and to let you enjoy punk rock royalty.

The first single off their upcoming album was released last month. It seems like only yesterday that these guys were playing shows all over Canadian soil but it’s been a few years since we’ve seen them visit Grande Prairie – well not quite yet 20 years later at least…

Fiddler On The Roof

The musical Fiddler on the Roof is a winner of nine Tony Awards when it debuted in 1964. The show comes from Broadway legends, Jerome Robbins and Harold Prince; songwriters Jerry Bock & Sheldon Harnick as well as Joseph Stein who wrote the book for this classic tune that has been seen by many around the world!

Fiddler on the Roof is a show that touches audiences with its humor, warmth, and honesty. The story centers around Tevye who has five daughters in Anatevka village while living through changing social mores as well anti-Semitism from Czarist Russia which he tries to protect them against by teaching traditional values even though it’s not popular anymore within their culture or any other kind for that matter; rich historical detail makes this play universal enough so everyone can relate no matter what race/class/, nationality.

Annual Growing The North Conference

The annual Growing the North Conference has partnered with dozens of organizations to bring you one big event. This year’s conference will be held on February 22nd in Grande Prairie! The Growing the North Conference is a conference that takes place every year in Alberta. This year’s event will be hosted by many organizations, including the City of Grande Prairie County/Municipal District Greenview Chamber Futures Region GRIN network Tourist Association and Friendship Centre with hundreds of participants from across Northern Lights!

Beerga At The Bin

Yoga lovers rejoice! Your favorite workout and drink together in perfect harmony. We have an exciting new class coming up at the Grain Bin Taproom, followed by a beer tasting for those who would rather indulge their taste buds than sweat it out on the mat (or off).

Our friend Kelda Anderson from Love Life Hot Yoga will be putting on a one-hour yoga class inside the brewery followed by an informative tour of our facilities (better than your average brewery).
