Do I need an appointment for service?
For repairs and scheduled maintenance, booking ahead gets you in and out the fastest. Call Service at (780) 532-9555 or book online any time. For oil changes, tires, and light work, our Quick Lane takes walk-ins with no appointment needed.
What is the Service Valet?
The Service Valet is our free pickup and delivery for the greater Grande Prairie area. We come to you, take your vehicle in for its appointment, and bring it back when the work is done. There is no charge for this service. Just ask for it when you book.
How often does my Ford need an oil change?
Most Fords need an oil change every 6 months or 8,000 km, and never past 1 year or 16,000 km. Newer Fords have an Intelligent Oil-Life Monitor that watches how you drive and tells you on the dash when it is time. When in doubt, give us a call.
Do you service vehicles that are not Fords?
Yes. Our shop is set up to handle Fords and most other makes, from small cars to heavy-duty diesels and even motorhomes. We also stock Omnicraft parts that are made for non-Ford vehicles.
Can I finance a large repair?

We are at 10001 139 Ave, Grande Prairie, AB T8X 0V3. Service and Parts are open Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed Sundays.
